The Sentient Dance (Course 3)
Dancing with Tissue – learning connection through feel.
A deeply practical course focused on fascia, tissue response, and the subtle language of the body.
Format: Online preparation + Practical Day
Prerequisite: The Sentient Science (Course 1 and 2) Advised 16+ years.

No form of Physiotherapy will be taught and no qualification is available
You will learn to recognise:
Subtle signs of release in tissue and posture
How nervous system state influences physical response
The difference between doing… and allowing
How to work with the body, not on it
This is not a technique-based course.
It is an experience in learning how to feel and respond to the body in front of you.
The Sentient Body (Course 4)
Exploring the Sportsman’s Anatomy
Understanding the body that creates movement, balance, and performance
This course brings you back into your own body, exploring the anatomy that underpins posture, stability, and efficient movement.
Format: Online Preparation for Course 5
Prerequisite: The Sentient Science (Course 1), Course 2 and 3 would be highly beneficial. 16+ years recommended.

The difference between stabiliser and mobiliser systems
How posture influences function, fatigue, and control

How your seat communicates through structure, not force
The relationship between breath, pelvis, and movement
Balance as a shared system between horse and rider

Understanding Telepathic Communication
