Knowing
When What You Feel Is No Longer Doubtful
Preparation Online Course and Practical
There are moments where communication does not arrive through the senses but through direct knowing.
Not all communication is sensory.
Some information is perceived without visible cues…
registered by the nervous system before conscious awareness has time to organise it.
What we often call intuition may simply be rapid, non-conscious processing patterns recognised faster than the mind can explain.
Or perhaps it is intuition?
And when this experience becomes consistent…perception begins to stabilise.
What once felt uncertain begins to organise into something clear.
It becomes something you recognise.
Something familiar. Something you know.
This is an online and practical experience
where knowing becomes something you can practice, not question
“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened”

We move through the world constantly receiving information.
We see. We hear. We feel.
For most people, this becomes overwhelming.
Not because there is too much but because the system has never been taught how to organise what it is receiving.
A busy mind. An unsettled body. A system that struggles to return to centre.
But by now, something has begun to change.
The mind is quieter. The body more stable.
The system less reactive.
There is more space. More awareness. More clarity.
From this place, perception begins to organise itself.
Not through effort but through coherence.
What once felt overwhelming…begins to feel clear.
What once felt uncertain…begins to feel consistent.
Because when the system is no longer in survival,
it no longer filters everything as threat.
It can begin to recognise what is actually there.
Knowing is not something you try to access.
It is something that becomes available when your system is no longer working against itself.
This course is not about learning something new. It is about stabilising what you are already experiencing so that it becomes clear, repeatable, and reliable.
Practical Application:
This course brings everything into practice.
Not as theory. Not as interpretation.
But as lived, repeatable experience.
You will work with:
your body; your awareness; your perception and your interaction with animals.
Until what you feel…becomes something you can recognise consistently.
Communication is no longer something you try to interpret.
It becomes something you recognise.
Not through technique but through patterns that repeat.
Through responses that stabilise.
Through clarity that does not fluctuate with doubt.
And as this becomes consistent…
your confidence no longer comes just from belief.
It comes from trust, belief and experience.
Because when perception organises:
the mind settles
the body follows
and the system begins to trust what it is experiencing
And from that place; your animal no longer has to search for you.
This is where communication changes from thinking to knowing.
This course includes a dedicated module with Ivo Visic, a physiotherapist in private practice with a special interest in wellness and chronic pain and he has always been interested in the interface between body and mind and complementary approaches that synergise with the western medical approach to improve wellness.
He has worked in many settings from home-based care, hospice work, hospital work and general musculoskeletal practice. He has lectured health care professionals and runs an 8 week Mindful Medicine and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses for Health Care Workers and anyone wanting to discover the benefits of mindfulness in their daily lives. He lectures on and facilitates workshops on wellness, stress management and trauma/anxiety management in musculoskeletal contexts for the medical and corporate sectors.. He has a Postgraduate in Mindfulness Based Interventions from Stellenbosch University.
This module is not as something separate but value adds as a core skill that supports:
regulation, presence and the ability to remain stable within your own perception.
Because knowing is not only about what you perceive but your ability to stay with it.
We had a BLAST!!!!
Milyn Brazier, animal communicator spend the weekend at Vida Cavolo.
We learned, we cried, we laughed, we danced, we learned to let go and we learned how to hear and understand our animals and horses better.
We are truly blessed to have animals in our lives.
Thank you Milyn Brazier.
Thank you for everyone attending.
We truly learned to love each other this weekend but our horses even more.
We can learn so much from our animals.
Mind, body and soul…
I hear you…
Love and light…
Wat n awesome dag was dit nie, ek wil net dankie se vir almal
My opsomming vir die dag
love and light
let go and let God
faith over fear
Was so spesiaal om hierdie dag saam harts mense en natuurlike my twee dogters te kon doen.
All Glory to God, not us but by His grace.
For Who is This Course?
This course is for you if you are no longer satisfied with theory alone.
If you have begun to notice subtle shifts in yourself, in your body, or in your interactions with animals
but cannot yet fully trust or stabilise what you are experiencing.
It is for those who:
• Have moved beyond needing to be convinced, but are not yet consistent
• Want to understand what they are perceiving without dismissing it
• Feel there is more available… but cannot yet rely on it
• Are ready to move from questioning into clarity
You do not need to come into this course certain. But you do need to be willing to stay with what you experience
long enough for it to become clear.
This course is not about learning something new. It is about stabilising what is already beginning to emerge.
Please Take Note of the Following:
I am a qualified physiotherapist. I am not registered as a veterinary physiotherapist. Please note that no treatment techniques will be taught. Practices intensify your bond and spoil your animal in an educated way.
This chapter explores aspects of perception that may feel unfamiliar or difficult to immediately explain.
It is important to approach this work without pressure to interpret, prove, or label what you experience.
You are not expected to “get it right,” and there is no requirement to arrive at a specific conclusion.
Some of what is described may be experienced differently by each individual.
At times, what arises may feel subtle, unclear, or uncertain. This is not a problem.
The purpose of this chapter is not to define or confirm what something is
but to help you recognise what you are able to perceive when your system is regulated and attentive.
You are encouraged to remain curious, grounded, and observant.
If something does not feel relevant or clear, simply return to the body, to breath, to sensation, and to what is directly observable.
Course Objectives:
Understand how perception becomes organised within a regulated system
Recognise the difference between assumption, interpretation, and direct knowing
Develop the ability to stabilise your internal state while perceiving information
Begin to trust consistent patterns in your own experience
Apply this awareness within real interactions with animals
Integrate body, mind, and perception into a coherent system
This course is designed to move you from inconsistency… to reliability.
Who will be your Course Facilitator?
This course is guided by a background in clinical physiotherapy, with over two decades of experience working with the human body including pain, adaptation, compensation, and nervous system regulation.
It is through this lens that this work is approached.
Not as a belief system.
But as a study of how bodies perceive, respond, and communicate both within themselves and in relation to other living beings.
What has often been described as intuitive or telepathic is explored here through observable, repeatable processes grounded in biology.
This allows the work to remain both open… and accountable.
This work did not begin as a concept. It began as a need to live more honestly;
to become more present, more aware, and more attuned to what is real beneath the surface.
Over time, it became clear that authenticity is not something we decide to have.
It is something we allow when we are no longer filtering ourselves through fear.
That same process applies here.
Perception becomes clearer when the system is no longer protecting itself from what it might find.
And what begins as curiosity… often becomes something far more certain.
“This above all: to thine own self be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” William Shakespeare
You will learn to:
Maintain a stable internal state while receiving information
Differentiate between imagined signals and consistent perception
Understand how the nervous system processes information beyond conscious thought
Recognise subtle shifts in your body without over-analysing them
Work with awareness without becoming overwhelmed
Apply this understanding within practical, real-time interaction
